What is ITOP II?

A vehicle of choice for Federal government.

The ITOP II, Information Technology Omnibus Procurement, program was initiated to streamline government procurements of Information Technology (IT) services. ITOP II is a Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) supported by multi pre-awarded contracts. It is administered by the Department of Transportation's ITOP Special Project Office (SPO). The program offers quality information technology services in the functional areas of information systems engineering, systems operations and management and information systems security.
